A lamp housing formed by a lamp structure and a front lens has a reflector and a light source provided ahead of the reflector. A cylindrical globe covers the light source, shields a visible light and transmits only an infrared light. The infrared light is guided through the globe so that the light is reflected or diffused by the reflector to provide ring-shaped red light component which is emitted from the front lens.
