PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for judging an object to be detected capable of adjusting a judgment value to a proper value. SOLUTION: An object to be detected judging device 100 is provided with a moving pixel detecting part 120 for detecting moving pixels in a video based on an inputted video signal, a labeling processing part 130 for discriminating the moving pixels for each moving object, a moving object feature variable calculating part 140 for calculating the feature variable, such as the area, height, moving speed, moving amounts, and aspect ratio of each moving object, a display signal generating part 170 for generating a display signal for displaying an emphasized video at the video of an external display, and a video compositing part 180 for compositing the display signal from the display signal generating part 170 with the video signal from the external camera. The feature variable calculated by the moving object feature variable calculating part 140 are superimposed on the same signal as the video used for calculating the feature variable by the display signal generating part 170 and the video compositing part 180. |
