PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge heat generated by semiconductor switching devices outside by using a heat radiation member and to surely fix the heat radiation member while high moisture-proofness is maintained. SOLUTION: This power distributor distributes powers to respective vehicle- mounted loads from a common power supply mounted on a vehicle. Conductor plates comprising a distribution circuit are arranged on an approximately same plane, semiconductor switching devices 14 are mounted on the conductor plates, and a heat radiation member 56 connected thermally with the conductor plates are fixed to the outer surface of the case. The fixing structure is such that screw holes 34b are formed in positions of the case main parts 34 where protrusions 34a are formed, and bolts 70 inserted through bolt insertion holes 56b of the heat radiation member 56 are screwed into the screw holes 34a to fix the heat radiation member 56 to the case main part 34.
