PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent switch means of an inverter device from being simultaneously turned on. SOLUTION: First and fourth drive control means 110 and 120 of the inverter device 402 generates first and second driving signals for on- and off-driving first and second switch means 10 and 20, respectively. The first drive control means 110 generates a drive signal, which rises at first speed V1 when the signal rises in a direction of turning on the first switch means 10 and falls at a second speed V2 , when the signal falls in such a direction as to turn off the first switch means 10. The second drive control means 120 generates a drive signal which falls at a third speed V3 , when the signal rises in such a direction as to turn on the first switch means 10 and rises at a fourth speed V4 , when the signal falls in such a direction as to turn off the first switch means 10. The first and second driving signals are controlled with the third and fourth speeds V3 and V4 of the second driving signal being higher than the first speed V1 of the first drive signal and lower than the second speed V2 . |
