PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxane composition for adhering a magnesium alloy showing excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: An organopolysiloxane composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane represented by formula (1): (1) HO(SiR<1> 2 O)n H (wherein R<1> is an identical or different 1-10C non-substituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is not less than 10), or formula (2) (wherein R<1> and n are the same as in formula (1); R<2> is a 1-10C non-substituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and m is 0 or 1), 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. of a silane compound having at least 2 in average of hydrolyzable groups bonded to a silicon atom in a molecule and (C) 1 to 500 pts.wt. of an inorganic compound composed of a metal element having a smaller ionization tendency than that of magnesium.
