PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know an operating state of a packaging and filling machine to reduce time required for knowing and inspecting and/or labor even if environments and conditions on a production site under which the machine is used differ and various factors are combined. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for monitoring the liquid food filling machine 2 includes an operating state database 4 in which a monitoring signal is recorded with monitoring time, which is constituted to record at least a cause of suspension of operation, time of suspension and time of recovery, an analysis display means 5 for searching accumulated data in the database 4 for analysis, and a display means 6 for displaying at least a frequency due to the cause of suspension and sorted data in a time series.
