PURPOSE: Provided is a rotating hoist pole for the national flag, which fixes the national flag at the both of a pole and a rotating pole to protect it from the wind, thus keeping the national flag unfolded at any time. CONSTITUTION: The rotating hoist pole for the national flag is characterized by comprising the parts of: a fixed rotating pole(2) which is formed in a circular form; a rotating pole(1) which is fixed at the fixed rotating pole and rotated around the fixed rotating pole and a pole(3) which opens national flag; and rotating irregularities(12) which hold the rotating pole under the fixed rotating pole.
