PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hermetically sealed aseptic package for a fluid food product from a tube of packing material supplied along a vertical path and to consecutively fill the food product. SOLUTION: The machine 1 has grasping means 13 and 14, which grasp the equidistant cross sections of the tube 3, and hermetic sealing means 23 and 24, which hermetically seal the tube of packaging material along the cross sections. The hermetic sealing means includes first and second hermetic sealing devices that form parts of individual units 10 and 20, which are separate from the machine but continue to each other. The first hermetic sealing device mutually acts with the cross sections of the tube only for a period of time T1, which is shorter than time (T) required to hermetically seal the cross section 15 completely but is sufficient to temporarily form each aseptic cross hermetic band 25. A second hermetic sealing device mutually acts with the temporarily hermetically sealed band (25) in order to hermetically seal the band completely. |
