PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly construct wall surfaces, which are light weight, are carried easily, are difficult to break, are assembled and connected simply and have diverse assembly patterns such as a fence, a hedge, a partition or the like, arranging a fine view while executing remodeling, a shift or the like by technique in the extent of Sunday carpentry even in restoration in which the wall surfaces are damaged partially. SOLUTION: A built-up block 1 capable of being assembled and disassembled and also connected by a structure in which a square supporting plate 3 with screw boxes 18 with fixing holes 19 and an intermediate supporting plate 4 are inserted into the inserting grooves 13 of the rears of two outer frames 2 with wall-thickness thinned windows 10 and an empty box-shaped block base body is formed by fixing to the fixing holes 19 by screws 6 from the fixing countersink 9 of the front section so of both outer frames 2 and decorative outside-plate mounting surfaces 7 and knobs 20 with engaging knobs 21 and slip-off preventive holes 22 coincide with and are fitted to the inserting holes 8 of both decorative outside-plate mounting surfaces 7 from the rears of decorative outside plates 5 and the assembling sections of the block base body are concealed and external surfaces are decorative is provided.
