PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display and its manufacture capable of sufficiently irradiating a seal layer to which a pair of substrates are stuck with irradiation light and hardening the seal layer by more evenly irradiating the entire seal layer with the irradiation light. SOLUTION: Drawing wiring 103, 105 drawn from a display part 401 formed on a lower substrate 101 and light shielding bodies 106a, 106b, 106c are overlapped with the seal layer 201 and area not to be overlapped with the drawing wiring 103, 105 and the light shielding bodies 106a, 106b, 106c is selected as >=25% of unit area of the seal layer 201. |
