PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly prepare a new tray (a tray storing an untested part on a part supply side, a vacant tray on a part storage side) according to the progress of tests. SOLUTION: A head 23 of a P and P robot 20 serving also as a tray transfer means picks up a part (untested part) from a tray Tr in a second tray storage part 12 (first tray stack part) to feed it. The second tray storage part 12 has a vertically driven table 16, on which a plurality of trays Tr are stacked. When parts are picked up from the uppermost tray Tr to leave the tray Tr vacant, the vacant tray is transferred out by the head 23, and the table 16 is lifted to position the next uppermost tray Tr in a given part pickup height position.
