MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL HAVING INFRARED INTEGRATED REMOTE CONTROLLER FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal having an infrared integrated remote controller function is provided to have a remote controller function by composing an infrared LED(Light Emitting Diode) in its internal portion and receiving a remote controller control signal format of an electronic product. CONSTITUTION: A memory(23) stores a plurality of remote controller signal formats suitable for household appliance products which a user wants to control. A keypad(25) performs a user interface function to input signals for controlling the household appliance products. In case that the user pushes a key of the keypad(25), a microprocessor(24) outputs a control signal set by the control signal format. An LED(20) emits an infrared control signal to a corresponding household appliance product according to the control signal of the microprocessor(24). A selection menu is provided for selecting one among the control signal formats stored in the memory(23) to control a desired household appliance product.
