PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sufficient capacity of sealing between a stem and a fitting part (a stem receiving part) even in the case where a use mode is taken with an operating part turned. SOLUTION: A hip-up type aerosol container is shown in a non-use mode (an initial state). A discharge unit A comprising the operating part 2, a connecting part 3 and 4, a rotor 5 and a nozzle 6 is not joined to a cover body 1. The discharge unit is inclined counterclockwise with the outer circumferential face at the upside of the rotor 5 brought into contact with the top face 1f of a rib 1e. With a turning operation made, the discharge unit A retreats in a turning motion to a state of hip-down with the state of being contact maintained as it is. By the operation of retreat, the state of fitting between the stem 13 and the stem receiving part 2b is maintained as shown in the attached figure while the turning operation is made. In case of conventional structure wherein the discharge unit A is unable to retreat with the cover body 1 joined together, the stem receiving part 2b and the stem 13 are inclined in a dogleg shape, and a gap is liable to be formed between the stem receiving part and the stem. |
