PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing seasoning having excellent quality stability, while conventional sesame-containing seasonings have various problems on their stability and flavors, such as the separation of solid contents and the gelation of the seasonings during storage to deteriorate their commercial values, whereby a means for preventing the problems is desired, although the usefulness of the sesame is watched in recent years and therefore many foods using the sesame, for example, liquid seasonings such as dressings to be poured on vegetables and sauces to be used for roast meats, foods served in pots, or the like are commercialized. SOLUTION: This sesame-containing seasoning composition contains the enzyme-treated product of the sesame. |
