PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a place where laundry or the like can be hung in a space between parallelly arranged wash-line poles. SOLUTION: Between the parallelly arranged wash-line poles, a base with a partition is disposed so as to be connected to the wash-line poles at both ends. Further, it withstands weight and hung objects are prevented from being overlapped by the partition.
