drilling equipment, particularly, designs of roller cutters for drilling of blast holes in ore mining industry and drilling of processing wells for oil and gas. SUBSTANCE: roller-cutter drilling bit has section with axle installed in drilling bit body and roller cutter lockind on axle, floating bushing, conjugated conical surfaces, thrust bearing, flexible sealing members and spacers installed in axle circular groove, and roller cutters with fastening members. Section has shank carrying axle with roller cutter. Said shank is made in the form of truncated cone installed in bit body hole and secured with interference fit by means of bolt screwed vertically through hole in body upper part into end of shank eccentrically relative to shank longitudinal axis and additionally by means of lock in the form of rod with conical end screwed into body horizontal hole and entering conical hollow made on shank side surface. Lock joint of roller cutter and axle is made in the form of unsplit captived flange with two levels of working surface whose upper central part is made with contact on thust projection of axle on inserted shank whose periphery part is rigidly secured by fastening members in bore at edge of roller cutter edn, and flange lower part has cylindrical projection entering circular groove between axle and roller cutter body for pressing and holding of flexible sealing members in said groove. Unsplit captive flange is covered by means of washer with low friction coefficienct. Axle has oil channel-receiver drilled in side surface of inserted shank along axis of roller cutter rotation. Installed in channel-receiver with circular gap is flexible rod with splined surface with flexible rod lower end secured in bottom of roller-cutter body, and its upper end freely enters cylindrical socker of threade plug.
