PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system enabling a user of an information processing terminal to obtain, in the form of printed matter, information described in language without the concept of pages acquired by the terminal, without the user being charged in a way different from what he or she expected. SOLUTION: A printer server 102, when receiving a print job including image information described in language without the concept of pages transmitted from an information processing terminal 101 through a network, calculates the number of printed pages of the image information contained in the print job, then calculates the bill of prints made by the print job according to the number of printed pages calculated, and bills the user of the terminal 101. When the print bill is paid, the image information contained in the print job is converted into print information which a designated printer can process; the print information is then transmitted to the designated printer through the network 105. |
