PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to find out merchandise that a customer really wants by retrieving merchandise by robot retrieval at the time of purchasing merchandise on a network, and that it is difficult to collect funds invested for the purpose of starting the network selling since it is necessary for an enterprise which provides merchandise to wait until the customer retrieves the merchandise. SOLUTION: At the time of making an ordering merchandise through terminal equipment 3, a customer is permitted to order the merchandise with abstract words and phrases. The ordered contents are transferred to an enterprise 2a dealing with the merchandise category. In the enterprise 2a, a searcher in charge retrieves the merchandise, and transmits it to server 10. The server 10 notifies the customer that the merchandise is found out with not the name of the enterprise 2a but the name of a character, and when the customer wants to purchase the merchandise, the server 10 purchases it from the enterprise 2a, and delivers it to the customer. Also, the server 10 periodically transmits a 'visiting' mail to the customer with the name of the character. |
