PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the lighting time of a compact self-ballasted lamp without removing a cover. SOLUTION: A variable element is mounted on the surface of a cover part 3 so that an element (a resistor for example) deciding the lighting time of the compact self-ballasted lamp becomes variable. A user can vary the lighting time by adjusting the variable element 21 without removing the cover part 3. By installing a sensor detecting lighting start point of time of the compact self-ballasted lamp, lighting time lighting the lamp from the lighting start time detected with the sensor is decided or varied according to necessity or a use. |
