PURPOSE: A hair implantation appliance is provided to facilitate the exchange of a hair implantation needle, and to enable to adjust a length of the hair implantation needle according to a thickness of the scalp. CONSTITUTION: The hair implantation appliance consists of a hair implantation needle(10) having an inclined sharp metallic tip, and a device for separably mounting the needle within the appliance, the device consisting of a needle fixture(20) and a body part(60). The needle fixture is formed with a center bore through which the needle and a fixing core shaft(40) penetrate, an incision on the upper part, and a screw capable of adjusting a distance of the incision. The needle fixture is screwed to an outer periphery thread(70) of the body part. In addition, a needle support device is installed to the lower end of the needle for firmly fixing the needle to the needle fixture.
