PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-shaped sash structure which permits a plate-shaped body to be handled easily and safely in a flat layed condition by specifying the size and position of a sash provided in a plate shape. SOLUTION: Sashes 1 provided respectively at ends 2a of the plate-shape bodies 2 in a flat layed state are formed so as to have such a width W that four fingers except a thumb of one hand or eight fingers except thumbs of both hands may be latched and to be positioned on a virtual straight line X where its center O passes through the center G of gravity of the plate-shaped body 2.
