PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for copyright management and a program, which eliminate the need for a person to go through the trouble of discriminating similarities of literary works and easily obtain data for literary work identification from a digital literary work itself, without having to use special watermarks or the like, and easily record it in the digital literary work itself. SOLUTION: Numeric data for literary work identification are extracted from a signal of digital contents 1 using the function of a data extraction processing part 112. This numeric data are converted to a color code by the function of a color code conversion processing part 113. This color code is recorded in a prescribed position of an image frame of the digital contents 1 by the function of a color code insertion processing part 114, and thus digital contents 2 subjected to copyright protection processing are generated. |
