PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection strengthening construction method for a structure foundation in which grout can be strongly united with the structure foundation to be strongly integrated with it by stepwise injecting grout of high adhesion and chemical grout. SOLUTION: In this grout injection strengthening construction method for a structure foundation, foundation grout 5 mainly comprising hardening material and bentonite cohesive liquid is primarily injected into a cavity 3 generated around the structure foundation 1, and after the cavity 3 is filled with the foundation grout 5, the chemical grout 6 is secondarily injected to ground around the foundation grout. Concretely, the hardening material is composed of cement, cement with slag, or slag with lime, or it is composed of water glass to mainly comprise chemical grout.
