PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various defects occurring in a floor and ceiling blowout air conditioner. SOLUTION: This is a floor material/ceiling material device for dust absorption and hot/cold air blasting. This includes such a constitution that plugging/closing plates 3 an upper/lower floor penetration constitution are slid into or onto through holes 1 and 2 in a floor material and a ceiling material, in the floor material and ceiling material for ventilation sends heating/ cooling air from above the floor material and from below the ceiling material having a plurality of through holes all over the surface to below or to above, and such an upper/lower floor penetration constitution of that the downward blown air from the through hole 1 of upstairs ceiling material passes through an activated carbon filter after being sucked in the floor through hole 2 in the same floor and circulated in downstairs ceiling material via a temperature regulator and is blown downward from the through hole and is sucked by the through hole 2 in the floor material on the same floor, and includes such a dust absorption method that during suction of the floor material through hole, a cover tool fitted with a handle having a brush fixed therein is put to cover the topside of the floor material and is slide including the through hole, and a method that dust is absorbed by flying off the dust with the blast passed through underground water and the unidirectional jet air. |
