Radiography device (1) has means for injecting a contrast product into a breast to be examined, an X-ray emitter (7) and a receiver (2) for providing a digital radiograph of the breast examined. The receiver is connected to a calculation unit (4) that commands the emitter and processes the images from the receiver to create a contrast image of the breast tissue from a series of digital images.
