PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a running cost by preventing low boiling point liquid from being abruptly boiled and the circulating amount of the low boiling point liquid when a high-pressure pump is used. SOLUTION: This low temperature tank equipment comprises an accepting line 4 extending from a supply source 2 to a low temperature tank 1, a circulating line 21 extending from the low temperature tank 1 to the accepting line 4 through the high-pressure pump 20 and formed by disposing a flow regulating valve 22 and an ejector 23, a delivery line 24 allowing excess low boiling point liquid to escape through a clearance between the high-pressure pump 20 and the flow regulating valve 22 in the circulating line 21 so that the flow of the low boiling point liquid can be restricted to a specified one by the flow regulating valve 22 to allow the liquid to flow therein, and a leading line 25 for connecting the low temperature tank 1 to the ejector 23 so as to flow the low pressure and low boiling point liquid to the ejector 23. The ejector 23 takes in the low boiling point liquid in the leading line 25 to increase the flow of the low boiling point liquid in the circulating line 21, and discharges the low boiling point liquid after regulating the pressure thereof to a pressure allowing the liquid to return to the low temperature tank 1.
