PURPOSE: A leveling device for flooring works is provided to improve workability for leveling on flooring works and to reduce construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: The leveling device for flooring works comprises: a rail connecting support(8) containing a square connecting base plate, screws fixed to four upper sides of the connecting base plate, a locator provided with a hexagonal nut and screwed on each screw, a rail fixing plate fitted to the hexagonal nut of the locator and regulated by the rotation of the locator, and a fixing cap interposed to the hexagonal nut to be fixed to the rail fixing plate; a rail(9) containing a pair of rail bodies provided with a removal type finishing cap, a pair of fixing grooves formed on the internal wall of the rail body, a liner installed to the fixing grooves, retreated grooves formed on the internal wall of the rail body, a fixing projection interposed to the lower part of the removal type finishing cap, and a housing groove for fixing backup materials to the lower part of the rail body; and an intermediate support(12) containing a fixing plate fixed with the screw and the locator, and a bearing bracket regulated by the rotation of the locator.
