PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device which can transmit position information automatically, accurately, and speedily in case of emergency, etc. SOLUTION: This mobile communication device is equipped with an antenna 12 for GPS which receives time information from a GPS satellite, a GPS processor 13 which computes position information according to the time information, a display 15 which displays the position information, a control unit 11, a message storage part 16 which stores a specific message, an encoder 14 which generates a transmit signal by encoding the message and position information, a switch 17, a position recorder 8 which records the position information as route information at specific intervals, a vibration detector 19, a transmission part 20 which modulates the transmit signal into a signal of a specific transmission system, and a transmitting antenna 21 which transmits the signal modulated at the transmission part 20. |
