PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle common-sharing system allowing an efficient assignment of staffs to a staff work such as maintenance or reallocation of a vehicle, or the like. SOLUTION: When a staff 5 reports the start of service from a portable terminal 6 to a control room 1, the management to the staff by a staff management means 102 included in a control part 11 is started. A vehicle management means 101 included in the control part 11 grasps the maintenance state of a common-sharing vehicle 2 or the unevenly distributed state of vehicles in each port, and detects a staff work to be performed by the staff 5 and a port position requiring the staff work. The staff management means 102 selects the staff 5 capable of most early arriving at the port where a new work is generated, judging from the work scheduled completion time of each staff 5 for ending the present work, and a work reporting means 103 included in the control part performs a work report to the portable terminal 6 of the corresponding staff 5. |
