PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation damper which can open and close a passage in quick response to the wind blowing outdoors without needing an electric sensor, and besides can be constituted in small size not requiring occupied space so much. SOLUTION: The ventilation damper 1 has a frame means 7 which demarcates the passage possessing a main passage 4 and sub passages 5 and 6, being the passage connecting the inside and outside 2 and 3 of a building, a passage opening and closing means 8 which is arranged capably of rotation in directions A and B in the main passage 4 of the frame means 7 and opens and closes the main passage 4, vane means 9 and 10 which is arranged rotatably in the sub passages 5 and 6 of the frame means 7 and also are rotated by the air currents of the sub passages 5 and 6, and a rotation means 11 which rotates the passage opening and closing means 8 so as to make it 8 compulsively shut off the passage 4.
