OPTICAL PLASTIC PRODUCT MADE OF POLYCARBONATE NANOCOMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical nanocomposite material and optical products in which the thermal sensitivity is decreased and to provide a method for manufacturing the optical products. SOLUTION: The optical nanocomposite material contains a nanoparticle filler dispersed in a plastic material as the host. According to the method for manufacturing the nanocomposite material, the temperature sensitive optical vectors preliminarily determined such as the refractive index of the plastic host material and of the nanoparticle filler are in the opposite directions, and this results in the nanocomposite material having stability and significantly improved in the refractive index depending on the temperature.
