PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shortage of the pump flow supplied to an actuator for working, and to miniaturize a cooling system. SOLUTION: A water motor 22 for driving a cooling fan is mounted at a side of an engine 12, cooling water fed from the water pump 25 is supplied to the water motor 22 through a hose 31, and cooling water from the water motor 22 is supplied to a radiator through a hose 23. Whereby the water motor 22 is rotated, a cooling fan 20 is driven, and the cooling water is heat-exchanged by the radiator 23. As the water motor 22 does not use pressure oil from a hydraulic pump 13 as its driving source, the shortage of the pump flow to the actuator for working can be prevented.
