<p>Apparatus and system control for the removal of fluids and gas from a well comprising winch means (56) for removing the oil (18), a temporary storage tank (22), a bailer tube (90), a bailer tube housing assembly (28), axially aligned with the well casing, (16) means for exhausting and recovering natural gas, the bailer tube (90) being capable of being lowered into and elevated from the well casing (16) such that the captured oil (18) can be diverted and discharged into the temporary storage tank (22), sensors for monitoring operational parameters including the depth of oil and depth of a top level of water (20) in the well casing (16), and a programmable logic controller means (100) for providing system control so that only oil (18) is removed from the well casing (16) by using a logging sequence and a balanced oil production operational sequence.</p> |
