The incision member comprises a curved elongated body portion (22b), tissue penetrating portions (22a) at each end of the body portion, and sature attachment aperture (36) that is transverse to the body portion length intermediate the tissue penetrating portions. The incision member also has a pair of compressed body portions spaced apart from each other at opposite ends of a diameter of the body portion that is perpendicular to the sature attachment aperture. The sature is fixed in the aperture by compressing the body portion at two positions corresponding the compressed body portions where in the end of the sature if flush with the surface of the body portion.
