The dispenser includes a chamber (11) that contains a continuous stack of towel material (2). One end of the towel material is pulled out of the chamber by the control wheel (3) forming units (21). The user pushes the control member (14) that causes the wheel to turn dispensing a towel material unit. The unit moves through the conduit (33) to the output member (5). The liq. is supplied from the liq. supply member (4) through a guide pipe (41) to a heating (42) or cooling (43) member and is then dispensed through a plurality of nozzles onto the towel material unit.
