<p>A power source has a soft start circuit (12) comprising a transistor (Tr9) the emitter of which is connected to the emitter of a transistor (Tr1) whose base services as a positive-phase input of a comparator (11), and the collector of which is grounded, a clamping circuit (10) connected between the base of the transistor (Tr1) and the base of the transistor (Tr9), a constant-current source (7) to which a power source voltage (Vcc) is applied via a switch (2), a capacitor (Cs) a terminal of which is connected to the base of the transistor (Tr9) and the other of which is grounded, a switch (9) connected to the capacitor (Cs) while a terminal (c) of which is connected to the constant-current source (7) and the other (d) of which is connected to a discharge circuit (8), and the discharge circuit (8).</p> |
