PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing lure that has high fish-attracting effect by widely extending and splashing the water flowing in the recessed part on the front face of the main body of the lure in both directions of the left and the right. SOLUTION: The fish lure 1 has a recessed part 8 of a prescribed depth on the front face of the main body 1a of the lure 1. A pair of water resistance- receiving faces 8a and 8b are formed. These resisting faces 8a and 8b characteristically extend in both left and right directions so that the recessed part 8 may become deeper from almost the center of the front face of the main body 1a of the lure toward the peripheries.
