PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a radio wave transmitted or received by an antenna is disturbed to worsen antenna performance, since a holding pin 40 or the like is projected to an antenna element face in the condition where an antenna panel is expanded in the conventional antenna panel. SOLUTION: This device mounted on an artificial satellite to hold or release an expansion type structure for expanding a plurality of panels is provided with the holding pin 40 penetrated through a through hole provided in the panel other than the outermost panel in the outermost position under the condition where the panels are stored, and a holding part 70 provided on the reverse side of the outermost panel to fix the holding pin 40 angle-variably.
