PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the abacterial of the outlet door 12 between an isolator 2 and a sterilization compartment 4 in an isolator system wherein the sterilization compartment 4 is connected to the isolator 2 and an article 6 supplied into the sterilization compartment 4 from the outside is sterilized in the sterilization compartment 4 to be fed in the isolator 2. SOLUTION: The isolator 2 is connected to the outlet of the sterilization compartment 4 having an inlet 4a and the outlet 4b. The inlet 4a of the sterilization compartment 4 is opened and closed by an inlet door 8 and the outlet 4b thereof is opened and closed by the outlet door 12. Seal members 10 and 14 are respectively attached to the doors 8 and 12 to be pressed to the wall surfaces 4c and 4d around the inlet 4a and the outlet 4b. The sterilization compartment 4 is sterilized in such a state that the inlet door 8 is closed and the outlet door 12 is opened to allow the isolator 2 to communicate with the sterilization compartment 4. At this time, the seal member 14 of the outlet door 12 and the wall surface 4d around the outlet 4b are also sterilized. |
