PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a cause of trouble of an automobile by sending pseudo control information from a failure diagnosis device. SOLUTION: By setting the pseudo control information for executing test drive of drive devices 3A and 3B in this failure diagnosis device 6 and by delivering the information to on-vehicle electronic control devices 2A and 2B through a CAN bus 4, the failure diagnosis device determines a vehicular control condition.
