PURPOSE: An OSD(On Screen Display) menu design service method is provided to enable a plurality of developers or managers to co-work with others in designing a character font or a menu written in multiple languages while they are browsing a screen for the OSD menu design. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of executing a program for an OSD menu design according to a request of terminals(20, 30, 40, 50) connected to a server(10) over the internet, sharing an OSD menu design window, generated according to the execution of the program, with the connected terminals, and performing an operation corresponding to OSD menu design instructions requested via the OSD menu design windows of the terminals. The server(10) stores the program for an OSD menu design, and enables the terminals(20, 30, 40, 50) to download the program and to co-work with other terminals in designing the OSD menu over one OSD menu design window in a case that terminal users are authenticated.
