PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-row tape supplying apparatus, capable of winding two stripes of winding number by a single winding motor. SOLUTION: The two-row tape supplying apparatus comprises a tape supply unit, which winds two-layer tape having a functional tape material 2 and a protective tape 3 or a three-tape, further adding a spacer tape 4 and which is disposed corresponding to two-rows amount in the direction of its winding shaft, and winding reels 12 for two-rows on the same rotary shaft 21 rotatably driven by motors 10, 11 by a protective tape releasing mechanism or further spacer tape for releasing mechanism by motors 10 and 11, in such a manner that the protective tape to be released from the two-layer tape or the three-layer tape or the spacer are wound in two rows on the reels. The apparatus further comprises a slip clutch 13, provided between the shafts 21 and the boss 14 of the reels 12, in such a manner that when the winding torque becomes excess tension of a predetermined set value or larger, the clutch 13 is slipped.
