PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a work for cutting reference color patch in an image and converting it into data being a heavy load for a user who is unfamiliar with personal computer and the problem of a time loss being generate because a manual work of 'cutting a reference color patch' interrupts the work process. SOLUTION: In order to grasp and automatically recognize the feature of a color patch, following steps are employed. (1) Image data is divided into a specified number of areas. (2) For the image data of the divided areas, average value and standard deviation of each element (R, G, B) are determined. (3) A divided area, having average value and standard deviation satisfying specified values, is labeled for each color of the color patch and the upper left and lower right coordinates of the results of labeling are held. (4) In the coordinate, where positional relation of the color patch, is acquired at step (3), lateral/longitudinal position, and the distance of the entire color patch are determined. (5) Central coordinate of labeling is acquired for each color patch area, and the average value of divided area size is employed as the color of the color patch. |
