PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire executing system suitable for executing questionnaire to object persons intended by an implementation desiring person to obtain accurate questionnaire result advantageously from the view point of time and labor and cost and suitable for increasing the number of answerers. SOLUTION: A question registering terminal 100, a portable terminal 200 provided for use of the object persons of the questionnaire and an implementation applicant terminal 300 provided for use of the implementation applicant of the questionnaire are connected to one another to communicate with one another through the Internet 199. The question register terminal 100 has a storage device 42 for storing an investigation document in correspondence with the condition information and storing the object person information, retrieves the storage device 42 taking as a retrieval key the information related to the object person of the portable terminal 20 among the object person information of the storage device 42 or portable terminal position information related to the portable terminal 200 to search out the retrieval key and the investigation document corresponding to the condition information to which the providing condition is conformable, and transmits the searched investigation document to the portable terminal 200. |
