PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment monitoring system with high information openness for collecting the facility inside and outside environmental data related to a waste disposal facility and extensively disclosing them. SOLUTION: This environment monitoring system for monitoring environmental data related to the environment measured in a plurality of facilities to be monitored comprises an analytic device set in the facility to measure the environmental data, a data collecting means for controlling the analytic device and collecting the environmental data collected by the analytic device, a field server for connecting the data collecting means to a communication network, and data management means for collecting the environmental data from the facilities through the field server connected to the communication network and managing them as an environmental data file, and an information disclosure means for transmitting the environmental data file managed by the data management means to an external display device connected to the communication network to display it.
