PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supplying and utilizing the advertising information in a charged information site on the Internet. SOLUTION: A user on the Internet accesses a certain charged information site and loads the information obtained in the access down to a terminal unit and processes and stores the charge by a computer system through a server 11, and the server 11 processes a response with a charged site administrator and an advertising client, a choice, and consent, and an advertising client pays a user's burden share. The system allows the user to select arbitrarily any of registered two or more registered advertising clients and can ask the arbitrary number of advertising clients for the burden of a charge. |
