PURPOSE: An arch shaped revetment block is provided to weaken a wave pressure by forming arch shaped protrusions at the front side thereof, and to increase a contact ability between the blocks and earth by installing partitions at the rear side. CONSTITUTION: The arch shaped revetment block has a front wall(1) formed with plural cross beams(2,2a,2b) at the front surface, and arch shaped protrusions(3,3a,3b) are integrally formed at the distal ends of the cross beams. Vertical beams(4) are integrally formed between the arch shaped protrusions respectively, and the contact region of the cross beams and the vertical beams are supported with poles(5). In addition, outer walls(8a) and a partition(8b) are formed at the rear side of the front wall.
