METHOD FOR BONDING CUTTING BLADE OF NOISE-PROOF CUTTING WHEEL

PURPOSE: A method for bonding a cutting blade of a cutting wheel is provided to reduce the manufacturing steps of the cutting wheel and to save the manufacturing cost thereof by bonding the cutting blade to a rotating plate through a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A rotating plate(11) is formed in a triple structure. The rotating plate(11) is a body of a cutting wheel(10) and has a disc shape. A cutting blade(12) is bonded to a stepped portion formed at a peripheral portion of the rotating plate(11). The cutting blade(12) is fabricated by mixing metal powder with diamond particles. Then, a heat-treatment process is carried out in order to bond the cutting blade(12) to the rotating plate(11). A hole(13) is formed at a center of the rotating plate(11) and a plurality of perforation holes(14) are formed at an edge of the rotating plate(11).
