PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater, capable of moving priorities of changing the set water-heating temperature safely, without having to stop the operation of the water heater. SOLUTION: In the water heater comprises a water heater body, and a plurality of remote controllers which operate the body remotely, each of all the controllers has a temperature setting means for changing the set water-heating set temperature of the body, and a priority-switching means for validating the temperature set means; and the controller which is installed except in bathroom has an alarm issuing means for issuing an alarm, before the switching means is operated.
