PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film carrier structured easily enough to replace an upper mask. SOLUTION: The upper mask 62 is held by a mask removable mechanism 86 provided with a film contact bonding plate 64. The mask removable mechanism 86 is composed of a locating pin 88 and 89, a biassing member 90, an energizing spring 91 and a slide rail 92. A protruding piece 82 and 83 are provided with the portion on either side of the upper mask 62. A notch 82a and 83a are respectively formed in the protruding piece 82 and 83. The notch 82a is formed in the V-shaped configuration while the notch 83a is formed in the U-shaped configuration. With a view to loading the upper mask 62 the notch 82a is brought into contact with the locating pin 88 then the protruding piece 82 is protected by a missing prevention part 94. In addition, the notch 83a is engaged with the locating pin 89 then the protruding piece 83, after biassed by a biassing member 84, results in adhesiveness to the film contact bonding plate 64.
